So I have been playing pet shop story for years, and nothing has ever gone wrong. It is simple and easy to get money. There are a large variety of pets. My one concern is that chihuahuas could mess up the game. I know I am not the only person with this problem. Basically, when I purchase a chihuahua, I have it for a while. Then, it disappears. The habitat does not. You still get money from it. Although, it is simply not there. You cant buy a new one or cross bread. It is just an empty cage that gives you money. Please fix.

This app would be great if it was updated more and the glitches were fixed. Please note that I have a newer phone which is current and updated and this is not a tech issue on my phones part. I am going to write apple and request my money back from this company. After buying gems to get coins and pets I am completely irritated that my pets just disappear. I have noticed that this happens in my "neighbors" pet shops as well. The little habitats remain but the pets vanish!!!!!! This has happened to me 7 times now! Even after purchasing a bunny for 60,000 gold coins. I have taken screen shots of this that I will be sending them. I have played this came for quite a while as Im currently a level 40. I have pet habitats in storage that say there are "0" pets. I can go on about the other glitches like things disappearing or reappearing from storage. But seriously Im done with this game now. :(......

Team lava someone on someones wall said that they threaten to kill kids and post it and hack people pls take them off

I got a new phone a cant log into my level 32 account I had and its very frustrating how much time I put in the game and now I cant even get on my account please fix this asap!

You should so get this game! There is tons of pets, decorations and more! A must have!!!!!

Game is addictive x10. Love it!

Look! There are no reward quests that ask you to play other games! If you ignore them, theyll just position the "Play Now" button on things youd want to click on to play this game. I left cause there are too many ads. Waste of time.

This is a very fun game but I get ads all the time and I have an older version of iOS and it cant download everything

The amount of ads and pop ups to download different games really aggravates me. I cant play when they are constantly redirecting me to the App Store. Its one of those games thats stingy and your pets always get sick and you have to use gems to heal them

My chihuahua disappeared and didnt come back which means that I had to sell it and buy another one so you guys should fix that but other than that great game

I would have def given a 5 if it werent for it being a rip off. Ive only had it for like 3 dats and have already spent $40 for gems. Now im back down to only 2 gems again. Also the game took 20 of my gems one time and 5 another time and have emailed help twice and they havent responded or given the gems back.

Just like in restaurant story 2 u can get a gem by watching a video please add that feature to this game because it is very hard to get gems

Great idea, Terrible game. Literally everytime your baby gets sick and you can either heal or abandon. EVERY SINGLE TIME! To heal it cost gems, which they only give you like 8 to start with. So if you dont have enough it makes you pay an absurd amount of real money for a couple of gems. And if you abandon every time after that it gets sick over and over again. Its ridiculous. Then if you buy an animal it tells you you have to ask your neighbors for building million things of building supplies!!
